&design
&design began its activities in 2005 with product and interface designers and was established as &design Inc. in 2007 by product designers Tetsu Miyazawa and Shigenori Ichimura. The Tokyo studio works in product and interface design, direction, design strategy, planning, brand development, consulting, CMF development, and product development, and operates the MYNUS and LIFEWORKPRODUCTS brands. Miyazawa graduated from Hokkaido Tokai University and previously worked at Panasonic Mobile Communications and Samsung Japan, while Ichimura graduated from Chiba University and worked at aiwa, Marna, and Samsung Electronics Japan. Its recognized work includes the NTT DOCOMO Card Phone KY-01L, winner of the 2019 iF Gold Award, and exhibitions at Ambiente, TENT London, and DESIGN TIDE TOKYO.
