Daisuke Yamamoto
Daisuke Yamamoto is a Tokyo-based Japanese spatial, interior and product designer and founder of DAISUKE YAMAMOTO DESIGN. After graduating from Musashino Art University’s architecture department and working at Wonderwall under Masamichi Katayama, he established his own practice in 2012 and incorporated the studio in 2022. His work spans interiors, architecture, furniture and product design, with a strong focus on material research and sustainable reuse. His FLOW furniture series transforms discarded light-gauge steel construction material into sculptural furniture and has been exhibited in Tokyo and at Milan Design Week’s Dropcity. He has also presented work at Paris’s MATTER and SHAPE and received ICONIC AWARDS recognition.
