OVERVIEW

The Global Sportswear Design Award is organized by the Tsinghua University and ANTA Group Sports Fashion Joint Research Center to advance sportswear innovation where textile design, technology, and athletic performance meet.

Established in 2021, the Global Sportswear Design Award is organized through the Tsinghua University and ANTA Group Sports Fashion Joint Research Center, involving Tsinghua University’s Academy of Arts and Design and ANTA Group. It focuses on sportswear, footwear, and apparel that combine creative expression with material and technological development.

Digital submissions undergo online screening before review by an international academic, design, and industry jury. The program awards two Gold Awards of RMB 500,000 each and additional category awards.

What do I need to submit?

Submit online through the ANTA Design Portal using digital drawings, blueprints, 3D concepts or digital prototypes, with layout boards in JPG RGB format, each 1 to 3 MB. Initial judging is conducted from digital materials.

Do I need to submit a physical prototype?

A physical prototype is not required for this award. You can submit your project without providing a physical prototype.
