NewSchool of Architecture & Design is a private institution in downtown San Diego whose programs combine architecture, design, and related professional fields. Its Product Design degree uses an immersive, full-time studio format with faculty critique, peer collaboration, and hands-on project work.
Study moves from foundations in two- and three-dimensional design, digital tools, design thinking, and user research to human-centered strategies, prototyping, materials exploration, product interfaces, and sustainable and ethical design.
