Brunel University London’s Industrial Design BA in Uxbridge, England, is a three-year full-time program, or four years with a placement, that develops creative and practical thinking through academic and industry-led briefs. Students build portfolios through design sketching, computer-aided design, storytelling, prototyping, user experience, sustainability, and manufacturing.
The university also offers a four-year Industrial Design MDes and a one-year MSc in Integrated Product Design. The MSc addresses technology, management, aesthetics, sustainability, ergonomics, marketing, business, and design methods across the design process, while the undergraduate course includes workshop training, placement and exchange opportunities, the Made in Brunel showcase, and accreditation by the Institution of Engineering Designers.
