OVERVIEW

The Andreu World Design Contest is an annual international furniture design competition organized by Andreu World to support new seating and table concepts from students and professionals.

Founded in 2001, the Andreu World Design Contest is an international furniture design competition organized by the Spanish manufacturer Andreu World. It welcomes students and professionals in design, architecture, and related creative fields who develop original furniture proposals.

An international panel of design and industry experts evaluates the technical and functional quality of each submission. Entrants prepare a project report and a physical model at one fifth scale, while the first and second prizes are €5,000 and €2,500, respectively.
