Designmuseum Danmark is located in a historic part of Copenhagen and presents Danish design alongside international industrial design, applied arts, and craft. The museum also works as an archive and research center for the history of design in Denmark.
Its collections and library support study of furniture, industrial objects, craft, and contemporary production. Exhibitions, publications, and educational activities turn that research into a public program, giving visitors both historical material and a view of current design questions.
