D3 Design
D3 Design is a product and packaging design studio based in Surry Hills, Sydney, directed by Clive Solari and David Francis. The studio works across industrial and product design, packaging, and new-product innovation and development. Its projects include physical product development as well as brand-facing packaging, with a portfolio spanning consumer, health and commercial categories.
Project examples include the Wine Squirrel wine-preserving decanter, promoted through Kickstarter and Indiegogo, and packaging design for Mr Hawke. Named client and brand work includes Sanitarium, Volvo, Blackmores, Coca-Cola, Qantas, ResMed and McDonald's. Other reported product examples include Klipsta, Vuly and Wiltshire, with packaging work for KeepCup. The studio has also supported crowdfunding-oriented products, pairing industrial design with packaging and brand development.
