Alessandro Piva
I was born in Valdagno (Vicenza) in 1965. I graduated with honors in Architecture in Venice under the guidance of Umberto Riva and continued my professional training at his studio after moving to Milan. I subsequently collaborated with Aldo Cibic and the Calvi Merlini Moya studio until 2000, when I began working independently. As a designer, I have collaborated with various companies, including FontanaArte, Barovier&Toso, Pamar, MuranoDue, and Firme di Vetro. Since 2010, I have been teaching as an adjunct professor at the Politecnico di Milano, School of Design.
